How a hook gets in
  1. Write it
    A contract with one function, onTransfer. It can only say yes or no.
  2. Send it · 0.2 HYPE
    Upload the source. The fee goes to the fee wallet and pays for the read.
  3. A person reads it
    Every line, looking for traps, owners and anything that can change later.
  4. Approved on chain
    It's added to the rules contract and shows up in the launch builder.
